Though we call our selves secessionist we strongly feel that the original confederate states seceded from the united states legally under provisions of the US constitution and bill of rights.

Therefore we are not calling on the confederate states to secede from the US but to regain there sovereignty.

The government of the US no longer works the system is broken.

Chinese products are imported in to the US at a 10 to 1 ratio forcing many US companies to close their doors or relocate to other countries while the US unemployment skyrockets yet the government turns a blind eye.

An estimated 12 to 30 million illegal immigrants have crossed our borders and are stripping away our resources and government funds while many of them protest in our streets waering mask and proclaim this country as theirs (Aztlan). All the while 75% of legal americans want the Government to find and deport them yet these are the people that the US government want here and say that we need here.

The US is locked down and a deady war in iraq that now appears to be a losing battle. The government has spent more than $400 billion on the war in iraq yet they now say that medicare for our elders may run out by 2009 just 2 years from now and that social security funds may run out by 2042. All the while 75 to 80% of americans want the Bush administration to end the war and bring the troops home. Yet the government once again has turned it's back on the will of the people.

The government is no longer "Of the people, by the people, for the people" We no longer are in control of the government. The government is in control of us.

Yes we are calling on our state governments to do the right thing by their people and leave the united states.

The reason for the start of NUCSA was as mentioned above the desire to be free from an imperialist government that is stripping us of our rights one by one.

We would like to grow this organization to a number large enough that our state governments would have no choice but listen to what we have to say.
To petition the government both state and federal levels on any issue necessary to protect our rights.
To organize peaceful protests and demonstrations when needed.

We're calling on all Americans regardless of color.
If you have grown tired of the US Government stripping away your rights and don't want to live in a new country ruled by some racist organization, join us in the struggles ahead.
If you joined one of the other organizations because you felt that you had no choice but you don't like the racial tones of that organization, well, you have a choice now.
Leave it and join us.

Pretend, America, if you will, that secession is not going to happen.
I tell you it will sooner than later. The last two Presidential elections are witnesses to the divide in America and it will only get worse.
